Unfortunately my sage invaded by monsters when i be with my children..live what left of life and Im not. Files. Motion strike and dismiss on demurer i didnt believe my lawyer would now its tomlate. Over mismeanor but unwanted accomplished my goal getting hazmat. Pump some petroleum in tanks felt man do it i can to. Before scope had past hazmat. Going for TSA background that put hold . When officials and law.enforcemwnt have power reck and humiliated some else life take kids fraudulent warrants. And blue print case they play planned there escape right. Homeless car less broke nothing to have. What i did was used pay outs meantime use video trademarks.manufacture items logosnfor money with revenue. Payniut tomone helping expanded. Funds .

You never really teach them a lesson by listening to their sob story and letting them get away with it. If anything, I would dismiss her fees and then make her attend a financial education class (paid for by the state) to help her better manage her finances. This dude and his father are in Menace to Society

It's incredible to see how many people are so blind and weak. Let me ask you super moral and kind people out there, how would one know if the guilty are telling the truth? Couldn't everybody just say that they don't have the money to pay it? What if the reason the mom can't afford it is because she's addicted to cigarettes and cannot budget properly? You are enabling her bad habits by dismissing parking violations. By not teaching her a life lesson, you now become an enabler of her bad money spending habits. You are not a just judge by having mercy on the guilty. You are a just judge if you treat everybody equally and uphold the law. Criminals and the violators deserve to pay for crimes committed. You cannot just decide to show partiality towards a woman who claims she "can't afford it". I would honestly be okay with dismissing her tickets if the court were to do a thorough investigation of her finances, look at her proof of income, look at her expenses, and then if after all of that it is determined that she is seriously not able to afford it, then I would dismiss it. Although I would dismiss her violations, I would still make her pay in other community serving ways. You don't get a pass just for being broke

My mom has pancreatic cancer and im currently tryin to get to north carolina to take care of her but she is on. Housing and i cant stay with her. Im in New Mexico on probation for buying a stolen motorcycle ive still got 5 months left and they gave her 3-11 months to live 8 months ago. Shes been in and out. Of the hospital im currently in a structured living program thru icarus behavioral health in new mexico and have been sober almost 80 days now i did it for her and my kids and myself.i cant get out there cause i dont have a place to live.
